We seek candidates passionate about renewable energy and sustainability, with curiosity, flexibility, and a strong work ethic. We value creativity, teamwork, and a willingness to learn.

Prepare for Your Interview
Our interview process typically includes a prescreening questionnaire followed by one or more in-person interviews, depending on the role. During this part of the process, we are able to assess your skills, experience, and cultural fit.
To prepare for your interview, you should research BSW and how your interests align with our mission. We also suggest reviewing the job description and prepare questions about the specific position, as well as our team and culture. Finally, plan your commute to our HQ at 200 6th St, Brooklyn, NY.
